Feedback

Relationship – Honest and trustworthy – delivery of this project during and post COVID times was a challenge to both FMG and it’s contracting partners. Regular, accurate and timely conversations / project progress updates with regards to labour and materials challenges was well received by the projects team. The expertise, industry connections through there network along with the SAS Project leadership, Engineering and Supervision team was a highlight in the delivery of this project. It should be noted the level of service and demands placed upon SAS Project services, often included after hours phone calls, in which the team often went above and beyond in providing client service.

Quality of Workmanship – The fabrication and installation of the infrastructure was completed within the FMG quality framework, namely the Inspection Test plans, MDR, weld certifications including material and weld testing along with coatings, were all successfully signed off without defect.

Cost / Schedule – Of most importance was the on time and in budget completion of the project, which is a considerable achievement given the challenges of price and labour movements during the COVID period. We thank SAS for meeting these commercial and project delivery milestones.

Warranty / Maintenance – Nil claims to date.

We would invite SAS project services to tender for future works, and recommend SAS project services to a prospective customer.
